HP and Relational have entered into a letter agreement under which Relational will support the HP board, and the board will nominate and support Whitworth, for the next two years, as long as Relational continues to be a significant stockholder of HP. A copy of the agreement is included as an exhibit to a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by HP today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
HP ProLiant servers, including HP ProLiant DL380 G7 servers with advanced virtualization support, provide IFAW with more efficient and reliable remote support at its U.S. headquarters, as well as country offices in Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
The new programs are providing students and faculty members, regardless of their course of study, with access to the latest software capabilities and thinking on how advanced analytics can be applied to tackle complex business and societal challenges. It will also be made available for use by the broader academic community in Slovakia.
